However, in the aftermath of the humiliation, the violent inner rage of the once meek father is now awoken. No Man’s Land is directed by Conor Allyn and written by Jake Allyn. The story of the modern Western is inspired by the real-life “no man’s land” areas along the Texas-Mexico border. While out on a border patrol, Jackson (Jake Allyn) is involved in a chaotic, nighttime confrontation with a Mexican family that ends in bloodshed and one boy’s death, he flees south on horseback, becoming a gringo “illegal alien” in Mexico.
