“I am a photogragher, and I take a lot of photos every day. I would like to share those photos on YouTube. I heard that by creating photo slideshows with photos, I could then upload the slideshows to YouTube for sharing. Can you recommend some solutions to help me turn photographs into YouTube slideshow? I would appreciate your help.”

There are many ways to create a YouTube slideshow. Usually, people make use of a YouTube slideshow maker to make a slideshow for YouTube. It is a well-known fact that people can upload video file onto YouTube, but it is a rarely-known fact that people can create photo slideshow on YouTube as well. The post offers two solutions to create YouTube photo slideshow: with YouTube site itself and a third-party photo slideshow maker.

Solution 1: Create YouTube Photo Slideshow via YouTube Online

Many people don’t know that YouTube isn’t just for uploading videos. Google’s popular video hosting service also has a special feature designed just for photo slideshows. If you’ve never considered using YouTube for photos, you may have never noticed the option, but it’s right there on the Upload page.

Click it, and you’ll be asked to select the photos you’d like to use for the slideshow. This can either be photos that you’ve already uploaded to Google+ (or Picasa), or photos on your computer. Select the former, or drag and drop the latter into the form to begin the upload process.

Once the photographs are uploaded to Google’s servers and selected, you can arrange the photos into the order you want and then customize the slideshow. Basic options include slide duration, slide effect, and transition style. The page will also give you options to add audio to your slideshow.

That’s it! Once it’s created, you’ll be taken to the standard video editing page, where you can customize the video.

Solution 2: Create YouTube Photo Slideshow via Third-Party Photo Slideshow Maker

Alternatively, you can also use a third-party photo slideshow maker to create YouTube photo slideshow. After getting the slideshow, you can upload it to YouTube for sharing.
