My evaluation criteria mainly include seven dimensions:

Quality is ok. Download speed is fast but converting is slower than other programs and the fact that there are pretty low limits on number you can process at a time is a disadvantage. The interface is clunky compared to others, including extra step of copy and pasting the URL to begin a download. The "trial" version was worthless as you don't get any kind of real experience before buying.
