1. Try-Before-You-Buy

The "try-before-you-buy" principle is highly recommended upon purchasing any of our products. All of our products and software programs provide free trial version. You are strongly encouraged to download and test the free trial version of any software to evaluate its functionality and compatibility before placing an order.

Licenses obtained from unauthorized third-party marketplaces, auction sites, or unverified resellers are considered high-risky and may be suspended or invalidated without prior notice.

3. License Delivery

Digital Delivery for Online Orders: Products purchased through Leawo's official websites and specific brand sites are delivered electronically via the email address you provide during checkout. After successful payment, an order confirmation email containing license information and activation instructions will be sent to the email address.
Delivery Timing: In most cases, license information is generated and delivered immediately after order is complete. If you do not receive the confirmation email within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder, verify your order status through the user account system, or contact us through our official customer service center.

4. Payment Methods & Security

5. Subscription and Auto-Renewal

Auto-Renewal: For subscription-based products, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service unless you cancel it beforehand.
Cancellation: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time via your user account or by contacting customer support. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

6. Order Verification
