What to do if I can’t launch Leawo TunesCopy?

You can check the following to see if it causes the problem.

1. Check iTunes version to see if it is 12.0.0.0 or later.

2. Check iTunes to see if it runs normally.

3. Check iTunes to see if Share iTunes Library XML with other applications in iTunes Preferences>Advanced is checked.
