You can check the following to see if it causes the problem.
1. Check iTunes version to see if it is 126.96.36.199 or later.
2. Check Task Manager(for Windows)/Activity Monitor(for Mac) to see if iTunes runs or not.
1) If iTunes does not run, close Leawo, start iTunes to see if it works.
a.If iTunes can’t start, please re-install iTunes, make iTunes runs normally
b.If iTunes can start, re-start Leawo, if the problem persists, click top Settings>Help>Bug Report, submit Bug Report.
2) If iTunes runs, check iTunes to see if there is M4V/M4B/M4P file, and if the file is downloaded.
If there is M4V/M4B/M4P file, go iTunes Preferences>Advanced to see if Share iTunes Library XML with other applications is checked or not.
If it is checked but the problem persists, click top Settings>Help>Bug Report, submit Bug Report.
