When loading my DVDs onto Leawo, it always stops reading at 98%. What’s wrong?

Please click the product name on the top menu, go Preferences->Conversion->Enable DVD navigator, change (check or uncheck) the setting, click OK to save the change, then try to load your disc again.
If still doesn’t work, please go to the DVD folder. Find all the IFO files under the VIDEO_TS folder, then compress them to send to us at support#leawo.com(replace#with@). We will check and offer you a solution.
