What to do if the Spotify music conversion failed on Mac?

Please confirm the information below first:
1.Please re-install Leawo Prof. DRM if Leawo Audio Device/LeawoVADevice is failed to install.
2.Do not let sleep or screen saver begin on Mac during the conversion.
3.Please do not check Mute of Sound>Output>Leawo Audio Device/LeawoVADevice on your Mac.
4.Please click Connect to a device on the bottom-right of the Spotify desktop client.
Make sure you selected the computer you are using to convert Spotify music.
5.The internet connection is fine, Spotify can play the music.
6.Please make sure Spotify is not playing the music before the conversion.
7.Please do not close Spotify main interface opened by Leawo before the conversion, and then relaunch Spotify.

If above are confirmed, please restart Leawo and re-try to see if the same problem persists.
