What to do if the eBook conversion failed on Mac?

Please confirm the information below first:
1.Please use Kindle before version 1.25.
2.Please make sure you have downloaded eBooks in the local folder from Kindle, Kobo or Adobe desktop client.
3.Leawo does not support kindle paperwhite4 kpw4.
4.Kindle eBooks can not be converted on Mac OS X 10.15.

If above are confirmed, please restart Leawo and re-try to see if the same problem persists.
If yes, please contact us with the following information:
1.Please send us the eBook(s) to [email protected] if you can.
2.Please click top Setting>Help in Leawo Prof. DRM to submit Bug Report.
