Please confirm the information below first:
1. Please make sure you have downloaded eBooks in the local folder from Kindle, Kobo or Adobe desktop client.
2. Leawo does not support kindle paperwhite4 kpw4.

If above are confirmed, please restart Leawo and re-try to see if the same problem persists.
If yes, please contact us with the following information:
1. Please send us the eBook(s) to [email protected] if you can.
2. Please click top right Settings>Help in Leawo Prof. DRM to submit Bug Report.
