When I transferring files to my iPad, it gives me directly 100%. The files appear in the itransfer software but don’t show up on my ipad, what’s wrong?

This is a known bug. Actually this issue only occurs when copying a huge mount of files or very large files, it will be fixed in the future versions. Please kindly keep an eye on the updates.
