#1. Block email on iCloud

Step 1: Open iCloud.com on your computer with your browser.

Step 4: Click Rules on the following popup menu and then you will open the Rules tab.

Select "is from" and then input the name or email address that you don’t want to receive emails from.
You can also select "has subject containing" and enter a phrase that is contained in the message that you want to block. And emails that include the phrase will be blocked.

Step 1: Open Outlook website with your browser on your computer and sign into outlook with the outlook mail, Hotmail or live mail you are using on your iPhone.

#3. Block contacts in Setting app on iPhone

1. You need to verify which email address you need to block through Contacts app.
2. You can add the address that is not existing in Contacts app or set up a new contact via Contacts app.
3. Run Settings app once the email address that you want to block is existing in Contacts.
4. Tap on Mail and then enable the option Blocked Sender Options.

5. There are three options which contains None, Mark as Blocked Leave in Inbox and Move to Trash, you can choose one of them to handle with the email from the sender who has been blocked.
