Please make sure iTunes is signed in, iTunes authorized the computer.<br \/>\n3. The Apple ID you used to sign in iTunes is <strong>not locked<\/strong>.<br \/>\n4. You can play the original iTunes movie on the computer.<br \/>\n5. Convert the movie rentals before the rental period ends.<br \/>\n6.
