You can find log files here:<\/p>\n<p>For Windows version: Please keep\u00a0<strong><b>Win+R<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0on the keyboard pressed or\u00a0click Start&gt;Run, input\u00a0<strong><b>%appdata%\/Leawo\\TunesCopy\\Log<\/b><\/strong>, click the OK button.<\/p>\n<p>For Mac version: Please keep <strong>Win+shift+G<\/strong> on the keyboard pressed, then find <strong>~\/Library\/Application Support\/com.leawo.tunescopy\/Log\/run.log<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If Leawo Prof. DRM crashes while conversion, please contact us with the following information.<\/p>\n<p>1.
