Before I start the converter part, I would like to introduce what is ISO format and what is MOV format at first. ISO format is the mirror reflection of DVD file, which is also usually called CD-ROM image, ended with \".iso\". ISO cannot be opened by normal video player, and only can be displayed after decompressed by relative decompression software. How to convert ISO to MOV with Leawo Blu-ray Ripper<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Firstly I would like to introduce a very commonly used ISO-TO-MOV converter, called Leawo Blu-ray Ripper<\/a>, which is a very famous all-in-one converter in the whole world. <\/a> <\/a><\/p>\nSo how does Leawo Blu-ray Ripper work? I take my own file as an example to give you a guidance step by step, and it proves that only 7 steps could convert from ISO to MOV successfully by Leawo Blu-ray Ripper. The software runs on my computer with Windows 7 system.<\/p>\n
STEP 1: After you enter Leawo Prof. Media main interface, click \"Blu-ray Ripper\" at the top left area, which is the red square part in the screenshot below.\n<\/p>\n
\n<\/a><\/div>\nSTEP 2: Click \"Add Blu-ray\/DVD\" on the second line of menu, which is in top left area. There are 3 ways to add Blu-ray into the program, and you could choose \"Add from CD-ROM; Add from folder or Add iso file\" to add your file into the converter. Here I use the last option \"Add iso file\".\n<\/p>\n
\n<\/a><\/div>\nSTEP 3: Choose copy mode. At the bottom of the page, there are three different copy modes for the user to choose, including: \"Full Movie\", \"Main Movie\" and \"Custom Mode\". We simply select a mode. Click the “OK” button.<\/p>\n
\n<\/a><\/div>\nSTEP 4: Before you finally convert the DVD file, please double check if the target format is MOV Video.If it is, you can click the “Convert” directly.If it is not, you can click the “MOV Video” area in the screenshot below. <\/p>\n
\n<\/a><\/div>\nThen click the “Change” button to choose “MOV” as the output format. <\/p>\n
\n<\/a><\/div>\nSTEP 5: Then there will be a popped interface to ask you to check or choose the address to save the MOV file and after you choose the address, you can click “Convert” and it will start converting.<\/p>\n
\n<\/a><\/div>\nSTEP 6: Now you wait till the process bar shows 100% finished, and then click the “Finish” button, and you will get the converted MOV file.<\/p>\n
\n<\/a><\/div>\nAfter above six steps, you will get the MOV file. In case you don’t remember where you can find the converted file, you could just click the folder icon below the “Finish” button to go to the converted file folder directly (see below picture).<\/p>\n
\n<\/a><\/div>\nMy example file is about 3 minutes, and I convert it to MOV file in Leawo Blu-ray Ripper, which takes me about 20 seconds in total. This is a quite high speed among all current ISO to MOV converters nowadays.<\/p>\n
How to convert ISO to MOV via Format Factory<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Next, after the introduction to Leawo Blu-ray Ripper, I will introduce another program for you, which is called Format Factory. It is a converter for many different formats, such as MP4, AVI, FLV, MP3, etc., and I guess that's also why it is called Format Factory, truly like a factory to produce format products. Certainly it could support the conversion between ISO and MOV, and let's see how the Format Factory works exactly.<\/p>\n
Like the above one, I will take my own file as an example to show the whole converting process. Thus, it will guide you to handle the software more clearly and easily. The software runs on my computer with Windows 7 system.<\/p>\n
STEP 1: After you enter the Format Factory, click the “Output Folder” on the top left area, see the red square in below screenshot.<\/p>\n
\n<\/a><\/div>\nSTEP 2: Then you scroll down the list, and keep an eye on the left column area, then click the “>>MOV”, which means to convert to MOV format.<\/p>\n
\n<\/a><\/div>\nSTEP 3: There will be a popup interface as below and you click the “Add File” on the top right area to choose the file you want to convert, see the red square in the screenshot below.<\/p>\n
\n<\/a><\/div>\nSTEP 4: After the file is uploaded, you could check the file name and make sure everything is correct, then you just click “OK” button, highlighted with the red arrow icon in the screenshot below.<\/p>\n
\n<\/a><\/div>\nSTEP 5: The interface of ISO to MOV task will be shown on the top right area and you could see the task state. The file would be converted successfully, and you will get the converted MOV file in the folder finally.<\/p>\n
