Part 1: How to Sync iCal with iPhone?<\/h2>\n
In this part, I am going to show three methods for you to sync iCal with iPhone. Check them out below.<\/p>\n
Method 1. Sync iCal with iPhone via iTunes<\/b><\/h3>\n
Step 1. Connect iPhone via USB with Your Computer<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\nGet your USB cable that comes with your iPhone and make a physical link between computer and iPhone.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Step 2. Open your iTunes<\/b><\/p>\n
<\/a><\/p>\nAfter you open the iTunes, you should see your iPhone's name under the \"Devices\" tab from the menu. Just click on your iPhone icon.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Step 3. Use the Info tab and sync Calendars<\/b><\/p>\n
<\/a><\/p>\nWhen you click on your iPhone's name, just click on \"Info\" and next step is to tap on \"Sync Calendars with\". You can choose to sync all your calendars or sync just one specific calendar----iCal. And then click \"Sync\" button. Then, you can see the detailed information of iCal on your iPhone immediately.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Method 2. Sync iCal with iPhone via iCloud<\/b><\/h3>\n
In order to sync iCal with iPhone via iCloud successfully, you must make sure that iCloud is configured on both your iPhone and Mac. You can utilize your iCloud account in order to automatically sync your calendars across multiple computers or devices, including your iPhone. When you are sharing the same iCloud account, you can sync iCal with iPhone immediately. This method includes two parts.<\/p>\n
First part: Sign in to iCloud on your iCal on Mac<\/h4>\n

\n<\/a>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n1. Launch Calendar on Mac, click \"Calendar\" on the top left, and click on \"Preferences\".<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n2. On Preferences setting panel, click \"Accounts\" and choose iCloud as the Account Type and then click \"Continue\".<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n3. Input your Apple ID and Password, and click \"Sign In\".<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n4. After signing in, your iCloud calendar events are now seen in your iCal. Just click \"Refresh Calendars\".<\/div>\n<\/div>\nSecond part: Sign in to iCloud on your iPhone<\/h4>\n

After signing in, you will see a list of applications. Select \"Calendars\" and choose \"Merge\" when it shows \"You calendars will be merged with iCloud\". Later, your iCal calendar events are now viewable on your iPhone's calendar under the same iCloud account.<\/div>\n<\/div>\nMethod 3. Sync iCal with iPhone via Google Calendar<\/b><\/h3>\n
The third method for syncing iCal with iPhone is via Google Calendar. Like method 2, I also divide this method into two parts. First, you need to sync Google Calendar with iCal. Second, sync Google Calendar with iPhone.<\/p>\n
First part: Sync Google Calendar with iCal<\/h4>\n

\n<\/a>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n1. Launch Calendar on Mac, click \"Calendar\" on the top left, and click on \"Preferences\".<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n2. On Preferences setting panel, click \"Accounts\" and choose Google as the Account Type and then click \"Continue\".<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n3. Enter your Google credentials and then click on \"Next\" button to create Google Account. <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n4. Later, refresh calendars and then the iCal details will be showed in Google calendar.<\/div>\n<\/div>\nSecond part: Sync Google Calendar with iPhone<\/h4>\n

Enter your Google account.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n4. Tap Calendars to ON. Now tap on \"Save\" from top right corner. Your Google Calendar will be synced with your iPhone and you will see all the contents on Google Calendar. Since iCal's detailed information have been also synced with Google Calendar, you will see all the contents on iCal on your iPhone as well.<\/div>\n<\/div>\nPart 2: How to Fix if iCal Not Syncing with iPhone?<\/h2>\n
During the process of syncing iCal with iPhone, we might encounter many situaions where iCal won't sync with iPhone. Here I am going to show you how to fix if iCal not syncing with iPhone.<\/p>\n
Situation 1: Incorrect date and time settings<\/b><\/h3>\n
<\/a><\/p>\nCheck all your settings to be set up right, including date and time. It is a common issue to get errors if the date and the time aren't properly set.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Situation 2: iPhone without internet connection<\/b><\/h3>\n
<\/a><\/p>\nMake sure you have an internet connection so that your calendars and events will update on your device.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Situation 3: iPhone running on an old iOS version<\/b><\/h3>\n
