The conversion failed every time I try to convert file, what’s wrong?

1) Check whether your source files play well on your computer with Windows Media Player, iTunes, etc. If not, then the source files are damaged.

2) Please go “Preferences”, and click “Default”, the “Output Folder” will be the default ouput folder “Users/Username/Movies/com.leawo.musicconverter”.

3) If the conversion fails again, let us know the details and send us one or two source files to test.
