In your program, my recognized iPod files are less than the original. Why can’t I find the others?

Please check the files on your iPod by iTunes. Do you have any purchased iTunes files imported into iPod? If so, sorry that our program will not show those files since they are protected by the license of Apple and not allowed to be transferred.
